Today’s Spotlight: Recurring Payments
Each of these tools automates a different aspect of the payment process—from setting up automatic payments to managing them seamlessly—helping merchants get paid quickly and consistently.
Recurring (Subscription) Payments
Flexible, reliable recurring payments.
Hyfin makes it easier than ever to set up recurring payments with flexible plans, custom billing options, and subscription tools.
Recurring payments are available in three forms, but all achieve the same goal: a one-time setup for reliable, recurring revenue. Paired with Payment-on-File, merchants can securely store customer payment information—enabling faster, smoother transactions every time.
Merchants can use Quick Entry or their catalog of products and services to create simple recurring charges or build detailed plans with items, descriptions, taxes, and setup fees. They can also send subscription links directly to customers to securely add their payment method or initiate them from a saved payment-on-file.
Recurring products can be shared via Product Links or Rapid Checkout Pages, allowing customers to sign up for services from a website, social post, or even a QR code—making recurring revenue effortless and reliable.

💸Donation Payment Pages
Recurring giving made simple.
With Hyfin’s Donation Payment Links, organizations can easily accept one-time or recurring donations directly from their website or a shared link.
Customize default amounts, frequencies, and thank-you notes—all while giving donors the option to cover processing fees. Donors can securely store payment methods and manage their giving anytime through the customer portal.
Not-for-profits can define preset donation amounts or allow custom entries, pass along processing fees, and support both recurring and one-time gifts—all in one simple flow.

🔒Payments on File
Easier payments, faster checkouts.
Payment-on-file allows merchants to securely store a customer’s preferred payment method for future use—saving time and improving cash flow consistency.
Payment details can be captured through a Hosted Payments Page, Virtual Terminal, while paying an invoice, or via an Authorization Form sent through text, email, or embedded in a workflow using the Customer Onboarding Link.
Merchants can customize preferences, decide whether storing a payment is required, and receive notifications when new details are added—all designed to simplify repeat transactions, eliminate manual work, and strengthen customer relationships.
